This Privacy Policy explains how CAPPADOCIA PTE. LTD. (UEN 202427049D), trading as LAYALI Turkish and Mediterranean Restaurant, collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Booking details (name, phone, email, date, guests, notes); enquiries via forms, email, WhatsApp or phone; order and payment details (card payments handled by Stripe and Oddle — we never see your full card number); website use data via cookies.
To manage bookings and orders, reply to enquiries, plan events, process payments and refunds, improve our food, service and website, show relevant LAYALI advertising on Google, Meta and TikTok, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Marketing messages only with your consent; opt out any time.
We do not sell personal data. Shared only with service providers as needed: Oddle (booking/ordering), Stripe (payments), hosting provider and Cloudflare (hosting/security), Google, Meta and TikTok (analytics/advertising), WhatsApp and our email provider (messaging), and where the law requires.
Where providers store data outside Singapore, we take reasonable steps to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
Cookies are used for analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
