10 guests: a long table in the main dining hall or on the alfresco terrace — meze platters and mixed grills sized for the table. 20 guests: Sultan's Lounge, our private curtained room on Level 2. 50 guests: the upstairs banquet floor at long shared tables, with set menus from the charcoal grill. 100 guests: half the upstairs floor or a combined banquet layout. 200 guests: the VIP room seats up to 200 for the biggest gatherings.
